Vedrana Frašto

Vedrana Frašto (Office and Program Manager at the CURE Foundation) is a feminist activist who dedicated her professional life to the protection of women’s rights in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In 2009, Vedrana joined CURE Foundation as a part of a team working in the field of protection and promotion of women’s rights and empowering young women feminists. She is active in all lobbying and advocacy processes for the improvement of the legal framework in the context of women's rights. She also supports and enables a safe environment for a new generation of activists and feminists and for their responsible and active participation in positive social changes. Vedrana actively takes part and participates in state and regional networks to contribute to the processes of strengthening the women's movement. She is also a trainer of integrated security for women human rights defenders. Vedrana lives and works in Sarajevo and enjoys life as an activist.
