Stela Kovačević

Stela Kovačević is a feminist and activist who has been working at the CURE Foundation since 2009 as a financial and administrative manager. She has a master's degree in Economics, majoring in Marketing and Management for Small and Medium Enterprises. Stela is also in charge of the coordinating process of building capacities of the CURE Foundation Team and is responsible for monitoring the financial incomes and outcomes of the organization, financial reporting and office administration. In addition, she is an expert in providing technical support and training to employees in non-governmental organizations in the areas of project planning and project cycle management, human resource management in the organization and multi-project management/planning system and monitoring of legal regulations in the field of financial business. She develops regulations and other documents that include administrative, financial and communication internal guidelines for work.
