      PROJECT BACKGROUND<\/strong>Context <\/strong>This Terms of Reference (ToR) defines<\/strong> the scope of work for a professional photographer and videographer<\/strong> (hereinafter: Consultant) who will document the key activities of the “Women in Politics” (WiP) project, including a<\/strong> three-day conference in Tuzla (April 7\u20139, 2025)<\/strong> and seven<\/strong> one-day workshops in various<\/strong> municipalities of northeastern Bosnia (exact dates to be confirmed)<\/strong>.The conference will gather<\/strong> key stakeholders, including representatives from participating organizations, project donors, and IAMANEH partners. The event will serve as a platform to showcase project achievements, facilitate experience-sharing, and outline future steps <\/strong> in promoting women’s political participation and gender equality.Beyond documenting<\/strong> the main WiP<\/strong> project activities, the consultant will also capture<\/strong> the work of participating organization s\u2014 Budu\u0107nost Modri\u010da and Zemlja Djece Tuzla <\/strong>\u2014 both of which implement significant<\/strong> projects supported by IAMANEH.Project description<\/strong>Women in Politics (WiP)<\/strong>The Women in Politics (WiP) project strengthens<\/strong> the political participation of women in Bosnia and Herzegovina by addressing<\/strong> gender disparities in political representation. Through capacity-building workshops, strategic campaign support, and public outreach<\/strong>, the project enhances the visibility and effectiveness of women candidates.WiP empowers<\/strong> women to navigate<\/strong> political processes, fosters local advocacy, and engages observers to monitor<\/strong> gender-specific challenges in elections. Digital engagement strategies further raise voter awareness<\/strong>, supporting increased representation of women in local and national<\/strong> governance. Additional Assignments \u2013 IAMANEH-Supported Projects<\/strong>In addition to the WiP project, the consultant will document<\/strong> key elements of other<\/strong> projects implemented by IAMANEH-supported<\/strong> organizations. This includes: Budu\u0107nost Modri\u010da:<\/strong>OSNA\u017dENE \u2013 Supporting Recovery and Financial Independence of GBV Survivors<\/strong>Providing capacity-building, mentorship, legal and psychological support, and economic empowerment opportunities for women survivors of gender-based violence (GBV).Men\u2019s Centre Modri\u010da \u2013 Engaging Men and Boys for Gender Transformation<\/strong>Working on perpetrator rehabilitation, gender equality advocacy, and psychosocial support to reduce violence.Zemlja Djece Tuzla:<\/strong>Advocacy and Counselling Centre for the Rights of the Child<\/strong>Focused on child protection, gender equality, and legal reform.Daily Centre<\/strong>Provides support to Roma children, promotes peer education initiatives, and advocates for legal improvements to strengthen child protection frameworks.Implementing partners<\/strong>WiP is a Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC)-funded project jointly implemented by the CURE Foundation (Sarajevo) as the lead organization and Budu\u0107nost Modri\u010da as a project partner. IAMANEH Switzerland supports the initiative by providing technical assistance, governance expertise, and gender-focused guidance, while also contributing matching funds. Additionally, Budu\u0107nost Modri\u010da and Zemlja Djece Tuzla implement significant other projects supported by IAMANEH. <\/p>\n\n

      1. Detailed Job Description:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

        A. Photography and Event Coverage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

        Photographing the three-day conference<\/strong> scheduled for April 7, 8, and 9, 2024<\/strong>, in Tuzla.<\/p>\n\n

        Photographing seven one-day workshops<\/strong> in municipalities of northeastern Bosnia (exact dates to be determined).<\/p>\n\n

        Documenting key moments of the events, including:<\/p>\n\n

          \n
        • Panel discussions and speakers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Participant interactions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Group work and discussions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Atmosphere and spontaneous moments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Portraits of individual participants, team, and group photos<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Ensuring high-quality photographs in accordance with the visual standards of the project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

          Additionally, documenting activities within other projects supported by IAMANEH<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n

            \n
          • One day with Zemlja Djece Tuzla <\/strong>\u2013 capturing key activities in Tuzla in coordination with their team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • One day with Budu\u0107nost Modri\u010da \u2013<\/strong> capturing key activities in Modri\u010da in coordination with their team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

            B. Photo Editing and Selection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

              \n
            • Selection and basic editing (light, colors, contrast) of the most important photographs from each event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Delivering sets of photographs in digital format to the organizers within the agreed timeframe. The consultant should submit approximately 400 high-quality photographs encompassing the diverse activities. The images should authentically capture the diversity of people involved and the range of services provided. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Preparing photographs in formats suitable for publication on social media, the project website, and promotional materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

              C. Creation of a Short Video Editorial<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

                \n
              • Recording short video clips during the events listed in Section A, including key speeches, statements, and interactive activities (at least 4 video clips per event)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Editing and processing video material into a short editorial (3\u20135 minutes) that will summarize the events and the project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Incorporating basic branding elements (logos, captions with speaker names, key project messages).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Delivering the final version of the video editorial within the agreed timeframe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

                D. Communication and Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

                  \n
                • Coordination with the organizers regarding specific requirements for the visual documentation of the events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Collaborating with the project team to ensure coverage of all relevant segments of the events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Timely delivery of materials within the pre-agreed deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                    • Flexibility and availability to cover all planned activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • DEADLINESS AND MATERIAL DELIVERY METHOD:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

                      • Deliver photographs from each event within 10 days<\/strong> after the last event, but not later than May 15th<\/sup> 2025.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • Submit the final version of the video editorial no later than 20 days<\/strong> after the last event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • All materials must be delivered via a digital platform (Google Drive, WeTransfer, or another agreed method<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
